Hello!!  My name is Danelle and I am excited to bring my legal skills to the world of real estate!  As an attorney since 2007, I have exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

People, and helping them find solutions, are my passion.  I thrive on learning my clients' stories - How did you get here?  What do you need and dream of?  How can I help you? - and collaborating with them to achieve their goals.

Real estate, like the legal system, is complex and can be confusing, especially if you are a first time home buyer.  I specialize in taking complicated systems and breaking them down into easy-to-understand steps and language.  Buying or selling property doesn't have to be daunting!!

I am lucky enough to have lived in Sonoma County since 1993 (with a 4 year break to attend Colorado State University).  My husband, Brian, and I have raised our two lovely kids here.  Our family also includes my herd of quirky rescue animals - everything from horses to bunnies!

My lifelong stewardship of animals makes me the perfect real estate agent if you are buying or selling a country property, particularly horse property.  Never had goats, bunnies or chickens?  I love to help folks get started in hobby farming!  Let's figure out how to start your new adventure!

When not helping clients with their real estate needs, I can usually be found in the barn with my herd.  If I'm not there, we're probably off on one of our family road trips!
